1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the processing and protection of personal data of users of the MultiNotes mobile app technical support website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
he Website only offers a support form, without registration or account creation. Using the form constitutes the user's agreement to the terms of the Policy. If the user does not agree to these terms, they should not submit a request.

Since there is no registration process on the Website, we only collect data when you submit a request:
