1. Terms and Definitions

Website — the MultiNotes technical support website located at https://www.multinotes.app.

User — any person using the Website.

Multinotes App — the MultiNotes mobile note-taking application, supported through the Website.

Support Form — the form for submitting a technical support request on the Website (without registration).

Submission — a user's support request, including a description of the problem, technical data, and attachments (screenshots, etc.).

2. Subject of the Agreement

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Website. The Operator grants the User access to the Website subject to the terms and conditions hereof. Use of the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must cease using the Website.

3. Access and Use of the Website

Access to the Website is free and requires no registration.

The Website is intended solely for sending technical support requests regarding the MultiNotes application.

The User has the right to use the publicly available content of the Website (texts, instructions, FAQs) for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any other use of the content (copying, distribution, processing, commercial use) is permitted only with the written consent of the Operator.

4. Support Form Terms

-       By submitting a request through the support form, the User agrees that:

-       The data provided (including screenshots) will be used solely to provide support and diagnose issues with the MultiNotes application.

-       The Operator reserves the right to request additional information or clarification to resolve the issue.

-       The processing time for a request depends on the complexity of the issue and is not strictly fixed; the Operator strives to respond within a reasonable time.

-       Requests are processed in the order they are received; priority may be given to messages containing critical errors affecting the functionality of the application.

-       Screenshots and other attachments can be used for internal error analysis and application improvement (in an anonymized form, without being published in the public domain).

5. User Rights and Obligations

The User undertakes to:

-       Provide accurate information in the support form (name, email).

-       Not use the Website for actions that violate the law, or for distributing malware, spam, insults, threats, slander, or materials that infringe the rights of third parties.

-       Not use automated means (bots, scripts) to send requests or collect data from the Website.

-       Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website's technical resources or otherwise disrupt its functionality.

 The User has the right to:

-       Receive a response to their request via the specified email.

-       Request deletion of their personal data or termination of the processing of their request in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Privacy Policy.

6. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website (text, images, design, page structure) is copyrighted and belongs to the Operator or is legally used.

Commercial use of the Website content, as well as copying and distribution of content without the Operator's consent, is prohibited.

By submitting a request and attachments, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use these materials solely for the purposes of providing support, analyzing errors, and improving the MultiNotes application (including storage, processing, reproduction, and display within the support system).

7. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for:

-       Temporary interruptions in the Website's operation caused by technical work, hosting issues, internet connection problems, or other external factors.

-       For a delay in processing a request if it is caused by high workload, complexity of the problem or lack of sufficient information from the User.

-       For any losses incurred by the User in connection with the use or inability to use the Site, including indirect losses, lost profits, etc.

-       For the content of third-party resources to which links may be posted on the Site.

-       The accuracy and relevance of instructions and FAQs—they are for reference only and may not take into account the individual characteristics of a device or configuration.

8. Advertising on the Website

The Website is monetized through advertising. The Website may display ads from third-party networks (including YAN and Google AdSense). The Operator does not control the content of advertising and is not responsible for it.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. The new version shall take effect upon its publication on the Website. The user is obliged to monitor changes independently. Continued use of the Website after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Disputes and disagreements arising from the use of the Website shall be settled through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law at the Operator's location.
