Share Note...

This option allows you to forward the contents of a note (text and attachments) to someone. For this purpose, other applications and tools are used that allow the transfer of information. This could be email, social networks, instant messengers, etc. The list will depend on the apps and programs installed on your phone.

Once you select this item, a list of these applications will appear at the bottom of the window. Select the desired application, it will open and the information from your note will appear in it. You can then send this information to the intended recipient.

Note 1:

The "Share Note..." feature uses the standard Android mechanism for exchanging data between applications. This mechanism has a limited buffer size, so avoid sending very long texts or large attachments through this mechanism.

Note 2:

Not all apps can accept both text and media files. For example, if you share a note that contains only text, the text will be transferred, but if the note contains both text and attachments, only the attachments will be transferred. This is not a bug of the MultiNotes app, but a feature of the app you are trying to send the information through.
